August 14, 2020 Dear Cedaredge Elementary School Parents and Families, The past few weeks we at Cedaredge Elementary School have been working hard to create a Restart Plan for traditional, in-person schooling that reflects our District's vision and strives to ensure the health and safety of our students and staff. I have attached a letter along with a help document (on the second page) that together will hopefully explain the plan clearly - these are in the links below. Please take just a few moments to read both. The truth is we as a school are implementing some new restrictions that limit access to parents and families as well as protocols that will look different to our students than our school did prior to COVID. However, we hope these precautions allow us to keep everyone safe and healthy, so we can continue to do what we love most - care for and educate your children. Some of you receiving this information have already informed us of your intentions to pursue online options this year. Please know that we support you and stand with you in your decision. If we can help in any way, please let us. And know that if/when the timing is right for your child to return to an in-person model, we will be here to excitedly welcome you back!
